These past 6 months at Regent Beiling have been an incredible journey.

I'm truly grateful for the experience.

I've had working across the Regent Club Lounge, Front Office, Guest Experience, and Concierge.

It was my first time working in a 5-star hotel, and l've gained so much, from improving my communication and listening skills, to developing a deeper understanding of Chinese culture.

Thank you to everyone who supported, guided, and worked alongside me.

I've grown both professionally and personally, and l'll always carry these memories with me.
