About the Program
As a Front Office Management Trainee at Regent Beijing, you will gain first-hand experience in delivering world-class service at one of the city's most iconic luxury hotels. This is your opportunity to build a strong foundation in hotel operations while preparing for a future leadership role within the global IHG family.
You’ll rotate through key Front Office areas—including Reception, Concierge, and Guest Relations—while receiving professional mentorship and contributing to signature guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Stay informed of daily hotel operations, VIP arrivals, and reservation statuses; prepare proactively for incoming guests.

Deliver warm, thoughtful, and prompt service in line with the Regent philosophy of Acts of Thoughtful Kindness.

Ensure all guest needs, inquiries, and special requests are handled with care and efficiency.

Manage guest check-ins, check-outs, and handle questions quickly and accurately.

Maintain outstanding customer relationships and personalized interactions.

Rotate through key Front Office areas such as the Concierge and Executive Lounge for a complete understanding of operations.

Uphold a polished professional image and demonstrate discretion and service excellence.

Adapt to shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a luxury hospitality environment.
Requirements
-
Fluent in English; additional languages (especially French or Mandarin) are a plus.

Minimum 3 months’ experience in hospitality, front office, or customer service roles.

Positive, adaptable attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
