About the Program
As a Front Office Management Trainee, you will gain valuable, hands-on experience across key Front Office operations, working directly with international guests and under the mentorship of seasoned hospitality leaders. This program will prepare you for a management career in luxury hospitality, combining real-world practice with leadership development.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office:

Maintain accurate guest information within the system.

Register and room all arrivals according to established hotel procedures.

Handle guest complaints, inquiries, and requests, escalating to supervisors/Assistant Managers if necessary.

Lead management practice projects, including service quality management, cost control, and budgeting initiatives.

Provide highly personalized, attentive service to guests.

Learn the basics of the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS) and Front Office operations.

Experience working across Front Office sub-departments, including the Concierge and Executive Lounge.

Maintain excellent personal presentation and uphold InterContinental’s standards of service and professionalism.

Build strong relationships with guests and colleagues, fostering a welcoming environment.
Requirements

Fluent in English – Excellent communication skills for interacting with international guests.

Hospitality Experience – Minimum 3 months’ experience in hospitality or customer service.
