About the Program
As a Front Office Management Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in luxury guest service, leadership, and cross-departmental operations. This program offers hands-on experience working directly with VIP guests and exposure to various front office functions, including the Concierge and Club Lounge. It's an excellent opportunity to start a global career with Hyatt.
Preference will be given to candidates who speak French fluently, due to the hotel’s growing number of French-speaking guests.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional, courteous, and personalized service to all guests.

Handle guest and associate inquiries, complaints, and special requests with efficiency and care.

Ensure exceptional presentation and grooming standards.

Maintain a collaborative work environment and contribute to a positive guest experience.

Support the front office leadership team in managing daily operations and service excellence.

Rotate across front office functions, including the Concierge and Club Lounge.

Work closely with VIP guests, supporting their unique needs and expectations.
Requirements

Fluent in English; French language skills strongly preferred.

Minimum 3 months’ experience in hospitality or customer service.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Adaptable, open-minded, and ready to embrace life in Beijing for six months.
