About the Program

As a Front Office Management Trainee, you will receive comprehensive training in luxury guest service, leadership, and cross-departmental operations. This program offers hands-on experience working directly with VIP guests and exposure to various front office functions, including the Concierge and Club Lounge. It's an excellent opportunity to start a global career with Hyatt.

Preference will be given to candidates who speak French fluently, due to the hotel’s growing number of French-speaking guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver professional, courteous, and personalized service to all guests.

  • Handle guest and associate inquiries, complaints, and special requests with efficiency and care.

  • Ensure exceptional presentation and grooming standards.

  • Maintain a collaborative work environment and contribute to a positive guest experience.

  • Support the front office leadership team in managing daily operations and service excellence.

  • Rotate across front office functions, including the Concierge and Club Lounge.

  • Work closely with VIP guests, supporting their unique needs and expectations.

 

Requirements

  • Fluent in English; French language skills strongly preferred.

  • Minimum 3 months’ experience in hospitality or customer service.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Adaptable, open-minded, and ready to embrace life in Beijing for six months.

  • Professional demeanor with a passion for luxury hospitality and service excellence.
