About the Program
As a Front Office Manager Trainee, you will gain comprehensive, hands-on experience across all key areas of Front Office operations. You will work directly with international guests, develop management skills, and experience Conrad’s legendary commitment to service excellence. This program is designed to prepare you for a leadership career in luxury hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver highly personalized, attentive service to all guests, ensuring satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
• Handle guest complaints professionally, ensuring all guests depart fully satisfied.
• Support the enhancement and delivery of the Conrad Promise to guests.
• Learn the fundamentals of the hotel’s Property Management System (PMS) to manage reservations, guest profiles, and room assignments.
• Gain hands-on experience across multiple areas within the Front Office, including the Executive Lounge and Concierge operations.
• Maintain high standards of personal presentation and uphold Conrad's luxury brand values at all times.
• Build positive guest and colleague relationships, supporting a culture of excellence.
Requirements
• Fluent in English – Outstanding communication skills for engaging with international clientele.
• Hospitality Experience – Minimum of 3 months’ experience in hospitality or customer service.
• Professional & Service-Oriented – Strong attention to detail and dedication to exceptional guest experiences.
• Open-Minded & Adaptable – Ready for a vibrant 6-month cultural and professional experience in Beijing.
